We understand that not everybody has the time or means to view a rental property in person, which is why we offer live virtual tours, with one of our leasing agents, to all qualified applicants.

We focus our rental marketing on filling vacant properties with great tenants as quickly as possible, so you have peace of mind knowing that your property is being taken care of in a timely and cost-effective manner. We advertise on Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads, Zumper, and Apartments.com... just to name a few!
Tenant Placement
Once an application is approved we draft the Oregon compliant lease agreement and addenda and send them to the applicant(s) in electronic format. Once the document has been reviewed and signed by all individuals we collect payment of the security deposit, rent, and pet deposit (if applicable).
Applicant Screening
Our leasing agent will show prospective tenants your property and screen their applications in compliance with anti-discrimination laws.
Rent Collection
Our convenient online tenant portal makes paying rent fast and easy. Each tenant has 24-hour access to his or her tenant portal after move-in, where they can pay their rent using a debit card, credit card, or e-check.
Payment of Property Expenses
We’ll take care of your property taxes, mortgage, insurance, and maintenance costs- because you have better ways to spend your time.
Monthly Statements
We email homeowners their monthly financial statements and upload them to their owner portal, so you always have your financial statements, occupancy figures, and current lease information right at your fingertips
Property Maintenance and Upkeep
Whenever problems arise, we deal with them immediately to avoid complications. We get estimates and arrange for any adjustments or improvements that our investors may require. We do not have in house maintenance, so we don't profit from repairs like other companies. Instead, we support our community by working with a team of highly qualified vendors that do wonderful work at fair prices.
Rental Inspections
We conduct monthly drive-by inspections and one interior inspection per year, to help prevent deferred maintenance issues and unexpected problems. We make sure your property is being taken care of. Period.
